SCOPE has been committed to improving lives for persons with developmental disabilities in Calgary and area for over 25 years.

SCOPE employs over 225 staff.

SCOPE's Community Support Team supports 50 individuals that have a developmental disability, from 5 hours a week to 24/7.

SCOPE's Outreach Team supports 120 families and individuals at any given time.

SCOPE's Counselling Unit employs four part-time therapists who see clients in individual therapy. On average, each therapist sees 20-25 clients at any given time.

SCOPE's Gateways is a family support program that sees 50 to 75 families at any time.

SCOPE's Project Red Tape: Removing barriers for people with developmental disabilities

SCOPE's Disability Action Hall is a collective of hundreds of people with disabilities and their allies who work to make things better in our society for disabled people.

SCOPE's Journeys Services Program supports 20 older adults with developmental disabilities to live quality lives on their own terms through innovative day and residential programs.

SCOPE's annual international Picture this... Film Festival is attended by over 1,000 people each year who are entertained, stimulated, provoked and educated about disability culture and by disabled filmmakers from all over the world.

SCOPE's My voice... My turn! is an opportunity for persons with developmental disabilities to speak out.
